JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. D. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. P.P. Borthakur, learned counsel for the respondent.

(2.) By this review petition filed under Order XLVII (1) read with section 114 CPC, the petitioner who is the respondent in Tr.P.(C) No.47/2017 has prayed for review of the judgment and order dated 109.2017 passed by this Court in Tr.P.(C) 47/17.

(3.) The grounds for review is that though the petitioner was duly represented by his learned counsel, this Court while hearing a batch of 15 similar Transfer Petitions, had recorded in the order that the petitioner herein had not entered appearance. Accordingly, the grievance of the petitioner is that as the submission of the counsel for the petitioner was not recorded, and that the plea of the petitioner remained unconsidered.
