JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. D. Mazumder, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. S. Ali, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) This second appeal is directed against the concurrent judgment and decree dated 29-01-2013 passed by the learned District Judge, Darrang, Mangaldoi in Title Appeal No. 03/2009 dismissing the appeal preferred by the appellant, thereby affirming the judgment and decree dated 14-05-2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Darrang, Mangaldoi in Title Suit No. 15/1996.
