JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Dasgupta, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the appellants, assisted by Mr. B. Sarma. Also heard Mr. G.N. Sahewalla, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the sole respondent.
