JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. M. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also Mr. D. Nath, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the Agriculture Department.

(2.) This petition is part of the petitioner's endeavour to remain in his place of posting at Guwahati. The petitioner who was serving as an ASI (Opr) under the city VHE, Control Room, Ulubari was Indian transferred to Hamren vide order dated 01.10.2014. As his request for recalling the said order was unsuccessful, the petitioner approached this Court filing a writ petition challenging his transfer order in WP (C) 6952/2014.

(3.) By an interim order passed in I.A. 1968/2015 on 02.12.2015, this Court directed the petitioner to submit a detailed representation highlighting his grievances before the Additional Director General of Police (Communications), which was to be considered by the authority.
