(1.) AND ORDER (Oral) - Heard Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Vanlalnghaka, counsel for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. L.H. Lianhrima, senior counsel for the respondent No. 2.

(2.) The appellant herein was the defendant No. 2 in Declaratory Suit No. 41/2009. The respondent No. 1 was the plaintiff and the respondent No. 2 was the defendant No. 1 in the Declaratory Suit No. 41/2009.
