JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Revision Petition arises from the Ordar dated 18.2.1993 passed by the learned Sadar Munsiff No,2 Silchar in Title Suit No. 186/1994 allowing the prayer for amendment of the plain filed by the Plaintiffs, opposite parties herein.

(2.) Being aggrieved by the impugned Order dated 18.2,1993 the defendant No.1, the Petitioner in the present case filed this Revision Petition by raising certain grounds.

(3.) I have heard Mr. B.M. Sarma, learned counsel for the Petitioner and also heard Mr. B.K. Das, learned Sr. Counsel assisted by Mr. P.K.Roychoudhury, Advocate for the respondents/ opposite parties.
