JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application filed under Sec. 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Firoz Ahmed in connection with Special Case No. 545/2024 arising out of Gouripur P.S. Case No. 160/2024 registered under Ss. 22(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.
