JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. G. Tarak, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S. Tapin, learned Senior Govt. Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh and Mr. M. Kato, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

(2.) By filing this petition under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 21-09-2015 passed by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Tax & Excise), Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh appointing respondent No.4 as Assistant Inspector (Tax & Excise) in the Department of Tax and Excise with consequential termination of service of the petitioner. Further prayer made is for a direction to the respondents to restore the service of the petitioner as Assistant Inspector (Tax & Excise).
