JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 5-3-1997 passed by the learned Commissioner, Workmen's compensation, Sibsagar in Case No. 9/94 allowing the compensation to the claimant/ respondent on account of accidental death of her husband during the course of employment under the appellant.

(2.) I have heard Mr. G. N. Sahewalla, learned Senior counsel for the appellant. None appears for the respondent/claimant.
