JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is directed against the JUDGMENT & ORDER dated September 6, 1994 passed in Civil Rule No. 27 of 1992.

(2.) The appellant filed writ appeal No. 419 of 1994 before this Court, which was dismissed on November 25, 1994 on the ground that the appellant is to file an application for getting the order of the learned Single Judge reviewed on the ground urged before this Court.

(3.) The appellant filed an application for review of the aforesaid JUDGMENT & ORDER dated September 6,1994 before the earned Single Judge vide Review Application No. 4 of 1995 and the said application was rejected vide JUDGMENT & ORDER dated March 9, 1995.
