JUDGEMENT

(1.) (Oral)- The petitioner who was a Constable was subjected to disciplinary proceeding on the following allegations : "STATEMENT OF ALLEGATION

Thereafter, a departmental enquiry was conducted and he was found guilty of the charges levelled against him and the disciplinary authority accepted findings of the Enquiry Officer and following punishment was given to him. (3.) There was a representation and that representation was rejected vide Annexure A/6 to the writ application. That is quoted below ;
