(1.) WP(C) No. 1750, 2406 and 3051 of 2005,being interrelated were taken up together and are being disposed of by this common order.

(3.) In WP(C) No. 1750 of 2005, Sri Utpal Rajkonwar is the petitioner. At the relevant point of time, he was serving as a Deputy Registrar (F & A) in the Dibrugarh University.
