JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed against the judgment of the learned single Judge dated 5.7.94 passed in Civil Rule No. 2517 of 1994.

(2.) At the administration stage we have heard Mr P.K. Goswarni, learned counsel appearing for the appellants Mr R P. Kakati, learned counsel appearing for the Union Government and Mr. G.K. Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-petitioner.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is being finally disposed of at the admission stage.
