JUDGEMENT

(1.) 1. On 6th October, 1993, Director of Education(S), Govt. of Manipur vide Annexure-A/2 wrote the following letter :

(2.) The only grievance of the petitioner is that this request was not was not implemented till to-day, and this application has been filed for the implementation of this request.

(3.) After hearing Shri I. Lalitkumar Singh and Shri A. Jagatchandra, learned Advocate of both the parties, this; writ application stands disposed of with the direction that the authority shall implement the request dated 6th October, 1993. Annexure-A/2 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
