JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A.K. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner's vehicle namely Mahindra Bolero SLX bearing registration No. AS- 02-Q-1486 had been requisitioned by the respondent No.6. Though the petitioner's hiring charges were paid in bits and pieces by the respondent No.6, the respondents are still to pay an amount of Rs.10,79,855.00.

(2.) Mr. S.R. Baruah, learned counsel for the respondents, by relying upon Para 7 of the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent No.6, submits that Rs.4,11,516.00 had been paid to the petitioner and the remaining amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.7,27,592.00.

(3.) After hearing the counsels for the parties and on perusal of the pleadings, it is clear that the respondents have admitted to the fact that they still owe an amount of Rs.7,27,592.00 to the petitioner as hiring charges for his vehicle.
