(2.) This is an application under Order 47, Rule 1 of the CPC, 1908 praying for review of the judgment and order, dated 28.6.2013, passed by this court in RSA No. 51/1999.

(3.) The review application is filed by the defendant No. 1 in the suit, who was arrayed as principal respondent No. 1 in the second appeal.
