JUDGEMENT

(1.) The culmination of a tender process in the shape of an order dtd. 4/7/2023 is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition.

(2.) The brief facts of the case may be narrated as follows.

(3.) A Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) was issued by the BTC on 20/5/2023 for settlement of various markets, parking, parghats etc. The subject connected with this present writ petition is with regard to the Rowta Non-Government Bus Parking which was against Sl. No. 5 of the aforesaid NIT.
