JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri U.K. Nair, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri H.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Shri B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Health and Family Welfare Department.

(2.) Considering the subject matter of dispute and the instructions received by Shri Gogoi, the learned Standing Counsel pursuant to the order of this Court dtd. 25/4/2023, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the motion stage.

(3.) At the outset, Shri Gogoi, the learned Standing Counsel has clarified that the instructions have been received from the Assam Pharmacy Council, a copy of which is also placed before this Court.
