JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. P. J. Saikia, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. S. Khound, learned counsel for the respondent.

(2.) By way of this application filed under Sec. 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners have challenged the order dtd. 11/1/2022, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh, in Criminal Revision No. 31(2)/2016, affirming the order dtd. 26/4/2016, passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate, Dibrugarh, (in short as ADM) in Case No. 228/2015 and thereby dismissing the said petition.
