JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri AR Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri P. Saika, learned State Counsel whereas Ms. S. Dasgupta, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

(2.) When this matter was taken up by this Court on the last occasion i.e. 23/6/2023, the following order was passed, which is extracted hereinbelow:
