(1.) By this application under Sec. 439 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Sri Nitai Pada Mazumdar, who was arrested on 27/12/2021, has prayed for granting him regular bail, in connection with Lanka PS Case No. 814/2021, under Ss. 379/411 IPC.
