JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Ahad Ali, apprehending arrest in connection with Alopatichar P.S. Case No. 73/2020 registered u/s 420/406/409/306/34 of the IPC.
