(1.) By this application under Sec. 439 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Sri Surjya Das @ Putu Das @ Mousom Axom, who was arrested on 20/12/2021, has prayed for granting him regular bail, in connection with Baithalangso PS Case No. 95/2021, under Ss. 120B/121/121(A) /505(B) IPC.
