SARBANANDA SARMAH Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing this petition under Sec. 438 of the CrPC, the petitioner, namely- Sri Sarbananda Sarmah has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Mayong P.S. Case No.34/2021, registered under Sec. 120B/ 420/ 406/ 468/471 of IPC.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for both sides. Also perused the case diary as well as the documents annexed.

(3.) As per the allegation, the Principal of the Mayong Junior College issued fake certificate of fake State Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.
