JUDGEMENT

(1.) Because of COVID Pandemic situation, the Court proceedings are conducted through Video Conferencing.

(2.) Heard Mr. Z. Kamar, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. N. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

(3.) This is the second anticipatory bail application under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner, namely, Rofiqul Islam in connection with the Bhelowguri P.S. Case No. 74/2021 under Ss. 448/376/506/34 of IPC.
