SAFIUR RAHMAN Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By filing this petition under Sec. 438 of the CrPC, the petitioner, namely- Saifur Rahman has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Rangia P.S. Case No.42/2021, registered under Sec. 365 IPC.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for both sides. Also perused the case diary as well as the documents annexed.

(3.) The victim girl has also been recovered and in her statement she has stated that she out of love and affection has eloped with the accused petitioner Saifur Rahman without informing her parents, for which the FIR was filed.
