JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this bail application filed under Sec. 438 CrPC, petitioners, namely, 1) Alim Khan, 2) Farid Ali Khan, 3) Ahmed Ali Khan, and 4) Majnu Ali, have sought for pre-arrest bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Barpeta PS Case No. 2657/2021, under Ss. 120(B)/417/418/420/408/406 IPC.
