JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.

(2.) This is an application made under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail by the accused-petitioners, namely, 1. Sri Banikanta Adhikary and 2. Sri Nabin Adhikary, in connection with Abhayapuri Police Station Case No. 974/2021, registered under Ss. 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

(3.) Heard Mr. R. Dubey, learned counsel representing the petitioners and Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State respondent.
