JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through VideoConference due to COVID-19 pandemic.

(2.) Heard Mr. K Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner in Bail Application No. 3630/2021 as well as Ms. NM Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner in Bail Application No. 115/2022. Also heard Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(3.) The Bail Application No. 3630/2021 is filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar, in connection with Special NDPS Case No. 53/2021 arising out of GR Case No. 192/2021 under Ss. 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act. Similarly, the Bail Application No. 115/2022 is also filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Babula Kumar @ Bablu, in connection with the aforesaid case.
