JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. MP Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Sukur Ali, in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 11/2021 arising out of Dhaligaon Police Station Case No. 211/2021 registered under Ss. 366/376(3)/382/506/34 of the IPC read with Sec. 4 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) Perused the scanned copy of the case diary along with the status report produced before this Court as well as the depositions of the witnesses, so far examined.
