JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. T Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Sec. 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking prearrest bail of the accused-petitioners, namely, 1. Taleb Ali, 2. Hakim Ali, 3. Johirul @ Johirul Islam, 4. Kurpan Ali and 5. Mamiran Nesha @ Mamiran, in connection with Sualkuchi River Police Station Case No. 01/2022 registered under Ss. 448/376(3)/313 of the IPC read with Sec. 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.
