JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. M. Mallik, learned counsel for the applicant, Md. Jabed Ali, who has filed this bail application under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC praying for bail in connection with Mangaldai PS Case No. 1007/2019 under Ss. 341/376/417/313/506 of the IPC.

(2.) At the outset, Shri KK Parasar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that the charge sheet has already been submitted vide CS No.387/2021, dtd. 25/12/2021.

(3.) In view of the above, the instant bail application is accordingly closed with liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Court below seeking regular bail.
