JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. N. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) By this petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners, namely, 1) Ashadul Islam 2) Mizanul Islam and 3) Khudeja Begum have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Bhuragaon P.S. Case No. 202/2021 under Ss. 366/344/376 of the IPC.
