JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. D. Kalita, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State/respondent.

(2.) This is the second application filed by the petitioner namely, Abul Kalam Azad, u/s 438 of Cr.P.C, praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Hojai P.S.
