JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. F. K. R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of prearrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Shahjahan Ahmed Choudhury @ Appu, apprehending arrest in connection with Hojai P.S. Case No. 635/2021 registered u/s 120(B)/406/409/420/468/471 of the IPC corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2716/2021.
