JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Gunjor Ali apprehending arrest in connection with Dhaligaon P.S. Case No. 253/2021 u/s 366 of the IPC.
