SARIFUL ISLAM Vs. STATE OF ASSAM

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application made under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail by the accused-petitioner, namely, Sariful Islam, in connection with Nagaon Police Station Case No.2485/2021, registered under Ss. 22(C), 25, 29 of NDPS Act.

(2.) None appears for the petitioner on call Heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Respondent.

(3.) Mr. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been laid. However, he has not been able to furnish the number of the charge-sheet etc. due to nonavailability of the same with him.
