JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.

(2.) This is an application made under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Anamul Haque @ Anamul Haque Laskar, apprehending arrest in connection with Anti Corruption Branch Police Station Case No. 6 of 2021, registered under Ss. 13(1)(b)/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

(3.) Heard Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. H.I. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
