JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. I. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) By this petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Manju Bora @Manju Borah has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 1258/2021 under Ss. 315/317/201/34 of the IPC.
