JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of this bail application filed under Sec. 438 CrPC, petitioners, namely, 1) Sri Prosenjit Dey and 2) Sri Jagatji Laskar, have sought for pre-arrest bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Karimganj PS Case No. 24/2022, under Ss. 406/420/294/506/34 IPC.
