JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Sourojyoti Das, apprehending arrest in connection with Sonai P.S. Case No. 332/2021 registered u/s 420/409/34 of the IPC.
