JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference due to COVID-19 pandemic.

(2.) Heard Mr. AR Shome, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(3.) This is an application, filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioners, namely, 1. Md. Sazid Hussain @ Sajed Hussain @ Bulu, 2. Md. Nizamuddin Ahmed @ Niziruddin Ahmed @ Yasin @ Yasmin, 3. Md. Abdul Takbir @ Bruclee, 4. Abdul Mustakin @ Ilu and 5. Abdul Malik @ Abdul Mallick @ Pukulu @ Pakalu, in connection with Dibrugarh Police Station Case No. 2262/2021 registered under Ss. 341/324/307/506/34 of the IPC read with Sec. 13 of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act.
