JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court proceedings have been conducted through Video-Conference due to COVID-19 pandemic.

(2.) Heard Mr. J Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(3.) This is an application, filed under Sec. 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Banamali Sarkar, in connection with Special (Nar) Case No. 46(BNG)/2021 (Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 451/2021 registered under Ss. 20(C) of the NDPS Act.
