JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal, under Section 104 read with Order XLIII Rule 1(1)(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is directed against order dated 07.01.2011, passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Court No.2, Agartala, West Tripura, in Case No. Misc.(Injunction) 82 of 2010, arising out of Title Suit No.70 of 2010.
