JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms Sundari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(2.) THE only prayer, in the present writ petition, is for a direction to correct the wrong indication of the designation of the petitioner as Primary Teacher inasmuch as the petitioner is a Headmaster of the Primary School.

(3.) IN order to decide as to whether the relief sought for in the present writ petition is deserved to be granted, it would be proper to digest the facts leading to the filing of the present writ petition; the only facts, in brief, of the petitioner's case in the present writ petition is noted.
