JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petitioner, by this writ petition, is seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 not to consider the case of the private respondent No.4 and/or to exclude name of private respondent No.4, Shri T.Manaobi Singh, from the list of candidates for promotion to the post of Administrative Officer of the Department of Fisheries, Government of Manipur.

(2.) Heard Mr.Kh.Tarunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Sobhna, learned GA appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. None appeared for respondent No.4 without showing any cause as well as on the last two dates fixed for hearing of this writ petition.
