JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ petition, petitioner is seeking for a simple direction to the respondents to release family pension of petitioner's husband late S.Chaoba Singh, who was undisputedly working as Mason Grade -II in the regular establishment of PWD, Manipur.

(2.) HEARD Mr.Kh.Binoykumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.Romel, learned counsel for respondent No.2, Mr.Kamal, learned CGSC for respondent No.3 and Mr.Jagat, learned GA for respondent No.1.

IT appears from the submission of learned counsel for the parties that preparation of family pension of late S.Chaoba Singh, who was undisputedly working as regular Mason Grade -II in the regular establishment of the PWD, Manipur could not be finalized because of non finalization of the age of superannuation of regular Mason Grade -II of regular establishment of the PWD, Manipur.
