JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard Mr G.K. Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. I have also heard Mr C. Choudhury, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termiantion of his service by way of dismissal issued by the General Officer Commanding on 24.4.1996 with effect from 1.5.1996 at Annexure-5.

(3.) The petitioner prays for quashing the said order of dismissal from the service. The petitioner also seeks to quash the order of termination communicated to him by the Major Adjutant Mr K. Ranjeev Singh dated 30th April, 1996.
