JUDGEMENT

(1.) All these four writ petitions have been heard analogously and these are being disposed of by this common judgment.

(2.) Heard Mr. AK Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Advocate, Shri HN Sarma, learned Senior Advocate and the learned Govt Advocate, Assam.

(3.) The matter relates to the inter-se seniority of the teachers in the Dhekial Higher Secondary School, herein after referred to as 'the school'.
