JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. M. Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned conducting counsel for the accused-petitioner, Mr. M. Biswas as well as Mr. N.K. Kalita, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondent.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 439 of the Cr.PC. seeking bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Niranjan Baruah, in connection with Latasil P.S. Case No. 275/2020 registered under Section 376 of the IPC.
